Not getting your sexual needs met within your relationship is a source of great pain for many couples.

This is because most couples don’t know how to talk about sex, including their sexual desires and challenges in a way that feels safe and secure, or in a way that they don’t fear being judged or made wrong.

That’s why in today’s episode, I’m going to show how you can create a container of communication to talk about your sex and intimate life in a way that feels safe, easy, and natural.

The communication practice I’m going to detail for you today is called: The Reveal. This is a practice that you’ll do before having sex once a week until talking about sex feels natural. Then, I’m going to detail how to do The Recap – a communication practice that you’ll do after having sex so you’re not left in the dark wandering how things are for your partner or assuming things about the experience that might set you up for long-term relationship issues.
